We specialize in STNA training but also offer HHA, CPR, and First Aid training.
Our History
Solutions Premier was established in 2011 to address what we perceived as an increased need for placement for our candidates and services that we believe will aid in reducing the growing disparity between quality assistants and custodial staffing in the community. We offer healthcare training, staffing and quality caregivers and quality programs to the overwhelming need for services to our aging population. Our goal is to provide services to allow seniors to keep their independence and in some cases stay in their homes.
Why Choose Us?
The Owner is Brenda Richardson, who is a Registered Nurse with over 21 years of experience in a variety of nursing functions from patient care to management. Solutions currently operates with 9 employees providing care to the above established services.
Our current services include Home Health Aide Training, State Tested Nursing Assistant Training, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Training, First Aid Training, Home Maker Services, Family Caregiver Training, Family Caregiver Support, Personal Care Services, Day Respite Services, and Growing to Adult Day Care Services.
Solutions Premier is one of two approved direct care training providers in Cuyahoga County through The Ohio Department of Aging. Solutions Premier is also an approved Nurse Aide training center through The Ohio Department of Health for its State Tested Nursing Assistant program. Recently Solutions made steps to secure licensure to provide Personal care through the ODA Waiver. This was a strategic move to set Solutions apart from typical training centers. Solutions additionally provides 2 year CPR certification approved by The American Red Cross.
Solutions has trained and placed over 550 individuals in surrounding agencies, hospitals, homecare services, group homes, private duty, assisted living and adult day care facilities.
