We know that you ware getting trained to progress your career and increase your income. We want to be your one stop shop from training to employment. We work hard to make sure you are ready for the work force and the employers who post job opportunities on our site are confident in our training practices. We hope to help you land a job you'll love as well as help employers find employees that will succeed in their work place.
Step 1
Register Account
To get full benefits from our job board system. Optionally, create an account to start the application process. Otherwise, continue to step 2.
Step 2
Fill Out Your Resume
From your job board management area under the dashboard menu option you should fill out your resume to 100% completion. This will give you the best chance for responses from employers.
Step 3
Find Jobs
Use the tools provided to search for a job posting that best fits your wants and needs. Use the search tools or the map to locate the job you want. Then, simply click on this job and follow the application steps.
Step 4
Access Your Dashboard
After you have submitted your application to all of the positions you are interested in you can review the status of these applications from your dashboard.
Step 5
The Waiting Game
When you application is reviewed the employer has the option to mark your application as interested or not. This will trigger a notification email being sent to your account as well as an alert in your management panel.
Step 6
Get Hired!
You have been selected for an interview and an employer has reached out to set up a date and time to meet. Congratulations!
Post Jobs. Hire Quality Employees.
Step 1
Register Account
In order to start posting jobs you will need to register an account. Once that is completed you can proceed to step 2.
Step 2
Fill Out Your Employer Profile
Simply login to your account and navigate to your employer job management panel. Just like applicants who need to have a completed resume to apply for jobs successfully, you, as an employer, need to have a completed Employer Profile to attract applicants.
Step 3
Start Posting Jobs
Now that you have a complete employer profile you can start posting jobs! Simply select Post Job from your Employer Panel
Step 4
Review Applicants
After you have posted your available job positions you just have to sit back and wait! When some one applies for your position you will be notified via email and can login to review the applicants information from your dashboard.
Step 5
Accept or Decline
Once you have recieved an application for your posted job you can either reject or accept the applicant. This will notify the applicant automatically. You can also reach out to the applicant to schedule an interview.
Step 6
Hire a Great Employee!
You have accepted a great candidate, have interviewed them for the position, and have hired them. Congratulations!
